Before You Start Before you get to far along in your planning please take a moment to review this section, it will guide you through the necessary steps involved in planning any event. Step 1. Choose your event under Event Ideas. If your event is not listed choose the one closest to your event. This will give you some examples and ideas that we have done for that type of event and it will help you in selecting all the fundamentals of putting that type of event together.
Step 2. Choose a theme under themes to go along with your event. By having a theme you will be able to tie everything together from the scenery and decorations to the activities that will be offered at your event. We have several themes to choose from, and there are so many more to choose from, so if you don’t see your theme on the site call us. One of our event coordinators will help bring the theme to life with you.
Step 3. Select a Venue under venues. If you are not using one of our venues listed. You will need to know the physical address and phone number with a contact name.
Step 4. Decide if you would like your event catered by one of our skilled professional caters. If you are not using one of our caters listed, you will need to know the physical address and phone number with a contact name. Step 5. Make a list of all the activities you like or want for your event. All the activities are listed under Rentals.
Reservations We encourage you to reserve your event date and all equipment well in advance, especially during the busy summer months. This will insure availability and allow ample time for your order to be taken and double checked in time for delivery or your pick up. All reservations require a deposit to hold dates and items being rented or purchased, due to the limited availability of some services. You the customer are responsible for notifying TJM Productions at least 72 hours prior to the event if you need to modify or make any changes to your order.
Payment We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total amount of receipt at the time of booking and the remainder balance for all rentals and services, being provided, is due on or before your scheduled event date. We do accept all major credit cards and you may pay by check, cash or money order payable to TJM Productions. There will be a $25 returned check fee or 15% of check which ever is greater. Payment plans may be arranged prior to event date or at the time of booking and are subject to our discretion and given on an individual basis. Also for all net 30 accounts we require you fill out our application for credit form. Please call and we can further assist you on any and all payment arrangements we may offer.
Delivery Our delivery personnel are instructed to set-up all equipment and will stack all items not requiring set-up in a mutually convenient place. Delivery is available for all our rental products and services and usually is an additional fee depending on specific locations and may be waived. All proposals and quotes will include the cost of delivery if applicable. Pick-Up All inflatable units must be clear of grass, water, (unless unit is designed for water use) and or any other debris. Unless otherwise instructed by TJM personnel please keep all units inflated at all times and until TJM personnel returns for pick-up. Any and all other items must be stacked and ready for pick-up in a convenient place for TJM personnel by the arranged pick-up time printed on receipt.
Loss or Damage Responsibility for equipment remains with you the client from the time delivery or pick-up by you till the time of return or pick-up by TJM personnel. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken or otherwise damage to equipment. Also a cleaning fee may be charged if items are not reasonably clean prior to pick-up or return. All inflatable units must be clear of grass, water, (unless unit is designed for water use) and or any other debris. A cleaning waiver as well as a Damage waiver are available on most items and may be purchased at time of booking only.

Cancellation Policy
The customer is responsible for notifying TJM Productions at least 24 hours prior to the event if they need to cancel the rental. The non-refundable deposit amount may be applied to a future event within twelve (12) months of the original event towards a future event.
Before you call... Keep in mind that we will fill in all the gaps in putting everything else together. Our event coordinator will also need to know a few more things so before you call it is a good idea to have these things ready.
